Rajagopalan Srinivasan
“Hi, I’m Rajagopalan Srinivasan from ME batch 1988 from ECE department and my professors were Professor BS Sonde from ECE department and Professor B Rajaraman from Computer Science Department, and I worked on my ME project on VLSI design.
After IISc, I went on to do PhD at the University of Southern California, graduated in ’94, and I started my career at the Sun Microsystems in the Bay Area, and then I relocated to New Jersey because my wife is a physician and she started her residency program in New Jersey. I worked in Lucent Bell Labs for four years and then I joined Intel in New Jersey. Then I moved back to Intel Folsom, and in 2009 I joined NVIDIA, which was a very small company during that time, and eventually I retired from NVIDIA last month.”
