About
Siemens Healthineers has set up a Siemens Healthineers – CDS Collaborative Laboratory of Al in precision medicine at CDS, IISc. The aims are to develop automated open-source deep learning tools for detecting and analyzing neuroimaging data and to build domain-agnostic AI tools for anomaly detection using multiple modalities with minimal manual labeling through semi-supervised learning techniques.
To further advance their goals in the lab, Siemens Healthineers has also instituted fellowships in partnership with IISc to encourage women in deep technology. This initiative aims to support and empower women pursuing advanced studies in deep tech fields, helping them excel and contribute to cutting-edge research and innovation. Through this fellowship, six women will receive the financial backing needed to further their academic and professional careers in technology.
Eligibility
- Women MTech students in the area of deep technology from EECS Division and CDS department at IISc.
- Awarded based on GATE scores of the candidates.
Entitlements
- Monthly Stipend for 24 Months: Rs 12,400 per student
- Laptop and Contingency of Rs 1,14,400
